Advertising is no longer about the number of billboards you have on the highway, the number of minutes your jingle is played on late night AM radio, it is about how your customers interact with your brand and how the brand reflects on them on the web.
We still think outdoor, print and broadcast are still very important parts of a strategic ad campaign, but they are only part of it. Today, most media, especially media aimed at and generated by the 18-35 demographic, is mostly interactive social media. YouTube, Facebook and now Twitter should all be considered "must-haves" for any marketing or advertising effort.
